It's Your Life, Live It.

I saw this quote today and thought it was too good not to share. It's so appropriate for these past two years of my life, and if you're in that awkward stage after college, trying to figure out what's next, then I'm sure you can relate to it as well.
It's not that my life after college has been hard, but it hasn't been easy. Your whole life you have a plan mapped out for you, then all of the sudden you finish school and you're expected to make decisions, big, life changing decisions.

I've lived in three different states, quit two different jobs, had my heart broken, gone on more bad dates than I can remember, and stumbled a little along the way. Through it all though, I've grown and learned about myself. I've taken chances, and laughed and loved along the way.

So, just like this quote, I know I'll look back on these years and smile, because I've made sure to live with no regrets. What about you?

I relate so much with this post...I'm just finishing my master's and it's been a hard run, specially because I no longer want to do what I had planned on doing. I know I will eventuallyt figure it out, I just need to fiishi this horrible master so I can start working on my "change of carrier" pathway...

I've been heartbroken and now madly in love.

Love this quote and post!! My husband and I have had a rough year {except for our wedding ~ that part was awesome!} but I always remind myself that looking back, nothing is ever as hard as it seemed at the time. I'm a firm believer in "everything happens for a reason. :)

There is not one situation this doesn't apply to, or time in your life. After college, yes, this is appropriate. But even for me, a decade after college, my husband and I found out we couldn't have kids after trying for a while. But instead of giving up, we decided to take the more scenic route and adopt. Can't find the glittery parts of life until you LIVE IT!!!! Love this quote. It's great!

Ever since I first read this quote on E's blog, I LOVED it. Pretty much everything you mentioned in this post I can relate to. The main thing I feel like I've learned after college is that we are NEVER going to have it all. It's just not possible to have the perfect life. We all have areas of our lives going well, and other areas that are... well crappy ha. My love life is sooo far from where I thought it would be, but it does make me smile to think of all of the other things going well for me. Love love love this post!! :)

LOVE that quote! I think it's important to take risks and live life. You certainly have done that and you have a lot of guts! I know you are going to look back one day and be proud of who you are!

Love the quote as well! Life is just too short to be anything but happy. Mistakes are okay and can end up being really good things, but regrets are the worst!
